Refund Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2025

1) All sales are final

No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2) Shop errors

If we make a shop error, email support@sistarhood.com within 5 days of delivery. Include:

  1. Order number

  2. Description of the issue

  3. At least 3 clear photos taken in natural light showing the full item, a close-up of the issue, and the packing slip
    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for any resolution to apply. If we request more details and do not receive them within 5 days, we may consider the matter resolved.

3) Custom orders and approvals

Custom orders require prior written approval. Message us before purchasing for specifications, pricing, timelines, and any setup or design charges. Proofs, if provided, must be approved in writing before production. Changes after approval are not guaranteed and may affect timelines.

4) Sizing and fit

Size charts are provided in product photos or descriptions. Measure carefully and do not assume sizing based on other brands. Garment measurements may vary by up to 1 inch due to standard manufacturing tolerances.

5) Color, placement, and handmade variance

Minor color shifts between screens and print and slight graphic placement variance are normal and not defects. Letter placement may vary slightly due to handmade production.

6) Care and use

Follow the care instructions on the garment tag. Claims for shrinkage, peeling, or fading may require proof that care instructions were followed.

7) Address issues and delivery status

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier. We will assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.

8) Chargebacks and abuse

We may restrict future purchases for accounts associated with payment reversals, suspected fraud, or policy abuse.
