1) Who we are
Sistarhood (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates sistarhood.com. Contact support@sistarhood.com. Sistarhood is a brand under JustShirty.
2) Processing times
Standard processing is typically 5 to 7 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days. Personalized items may require up to 4 additional business days after final approval.
3) Shipping methods and tracking
We ship via major carriers with tracking when available. Tracking will be emailed once the label is created. During peak seasons, tracking may take several days to update.
4) Fulfillment locations and split shipments
Some items may ship from our vendors or production partners, which can include locations such as New York, Kentucky, Florida, Mexico, China, and others. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
5) Delivery estimates
Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit timing is outside our control.
6) Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or replacement costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7) Undeliverable or refused packages
If a package is marked undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender, contact us within 2 to 5 business days of the carrier’s attempted delivery or return-to-sender scan. If we do not hear from you within that window, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund or credit will be issued.
8) Risk of loss and title
Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.
9) Customs and import taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, VAT, and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
10) Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
If the carrier shows Delivered but the package is missing, contact the carrier and notify us so we can assist where possible. For damage in transit, email support@sistarhood.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
11) Support channel
Order support is handled by email at support@sistarhood.com. Social media messages are not monitored for order support.
