Terms and Conditions

1. About Sistarhood
Sistarhood (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates sistarhood.com and sells products subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Contact support@sistarhood.com. Sistarhood is a brand under JustShirty. By using our site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions may change or end at any time. Discounts do not stack unless stated in writing. For bulk orders of 10 or more of the same item, email us first for options and pricing.
3. Products, Personalization, and Availability
Most items are custom or made to order. Personalized items may require additional processing time. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders at our discretion.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.
5. Order Processing
Standard processing time is 5 to 7 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days. Personalized items may require up to 4 additional business days. If we request information to complete your order and do not receive it within 5 days, your order may be delayed or canceled with store credit at our discretion.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Origin and fulfillment. Some items may ship from our vendors or production partners, which can include locations such as New York, Kentucky, Florida, Mexico, China, and others.

Split shipments. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages.

Carrier timelines. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit timing is outside our control.

Tracking. Tracking will be emailed when available. During peak seasons, allow a few days for updates.

Address accuracy. Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable or refused packages. If a package is marked undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender, contact us within 2 to 5 business days of the carrier’s attempted delivery or return-to-sender scan to discuss options. If we do not hear from you within that window, the order is considered abandoned and no refund or credit will be issued.

Risk of loss and title. Risk of loss and title transfer to you when the carrier accepts the package.
7. Customs and Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for customs, duties, VAT, and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
8. Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellations are not accepted. Changes to size, color, design, personalization, or address after purchase are not guaranteed. If a change is possible, timelines may reset.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If we make a shop error, email support@sistarhood.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and at least 3 clear photos taken in natural light that show the full item, a close-up of the issue, and the packing slip. If we request additional details and do not receive them within 5 days, we may consider the matter resolved. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for any resolution to apply.
10. Custom Orders and Approvals
Custom orders require prior written approval. Email us with your request before purchasing. We will confirm specifications, pricing, timelines, and any setup or design charges in writing. Proofs, if provided, must be approved in writing before production. Changes after approval are not guaranteed.
11. Product Images, Mockups, and Colors
Some images are digital mockups that represent the final product. Minor color shifts between screen and print and slight graphic placement variance are normal and not defects. Letter placement and alignment may vary slightly due to handmade production.
12. Sizing, Tolerances, and Care
Size charts appear in product photos or descriptions. Measure carefully and do not assume sizing based on other brands. Garment measurements may vary by up to 1 inch due to standard manufacturing tolerances. Follow the care instructions on the tag. Claims for shrinkage, peeling, or fading may require proof that care instructions were followed.
13. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
14. Intellectual Property and Customer Content
All site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. If you submit names, images, logos, or phrases for personalization, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We may refuse content that is unlawful or inappropriate.
15. Fraud Prevention and Order Refusal
We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse. If a payment is reversed or charged back, access to future purchases may be restricted.
16. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. If a shop error occurs, your sole remedy is the resolution described in Section 9.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sistarhood and its owners, affiliates, and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
18. Informal Resolution; Governing Law
Before filing in court, both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute within 30 days after written notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Georgia for any dispute not resolved informally.
19. Price and Typographical Errors
Despite our efforts, pricing or availability errors may occur. We may cancel any order placed at an incorrect price and will notify you to re-confirm at the correct price.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on sistarhood.com. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
21. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
